Every day you provide your bodies with good to keep them from failing. In the same way your good works should be the daily nourishment of your hearts. Your bodies are fed with food and your spirits with good works. You aren't to deny your soul, which is going to live forever, what you grant to your body, which is going to die.

St. Gregory the Great

As Orthodox Christians, people of the New Testament, are we required to keep the Sabbath?
My work responsibilities make it nearly impossible for me to have Saturdays off or even to be in Church on Sundays for that matter, what should I do?

As we celebrate the great feast of the birth of the Lord Jesus Christ, according to the flesh, we greet you with the joyous exclamation, “Christ is born! Glorify Him!”.  We humbly ask the Lord’s continued blessings upon you, your family and friends during this festive season and throughout the New Year!
