Fr. Daniel's Retirement Party - 09/24/06
On Sunday, September 24th, the parishioners of Christ the Savior Orthodox Church, held a special celebration in honor of Fr. Daniel and Mat. Dunia Hubiak following the Divine Liturgy.Fr. Daniel, a priest of 54 years, has actively served the Church in numerous capacities throughout his priestly ministry, most recently as a founder and spiritual guide of Christ the Savior Mission. Mat. Dunya has faithfully and tirelessly accompanied Fr. Daniel throughout his many years of fruitful ministry.
For their many labors, especially in helping to establish and sustain the Orthodox Church in America's Mission to Delmarva, the people of Christ the Savior offer their heartfelt thanks and appreciation. May God grant them many blessed years!
