On the weekend of Sunday, July 8th, 2007, His Beatitude Metropolitan Herman, the Archbishop of Washington and New York, will join us for the celebration of the liturgical services and a festal meal.

As this is an historic weekend for our parish, I ask that you all, together with interested family and friends, be present for the following three events:

1. The Great Vespers service on Saturday, July 7th, at 6:00pm.
2. The Divine Liturgy on Sunday, July 8th, at 9:00am. The Hours begin at 8:40am.
3. A Brunch following the Divine Liturgy at the Clarion Hotel in Ocean City.

There will be no cost for the brunch, though donations will be accepted. You are only asked to please R.S.V.P for the meal by Friday, June 29, 2007, at the latest. You may do so in one of the following ways:

1. Sign the luncheon attendance sheet at the church.
2. Call or email Fr. John at 410-213-1238 or frjohn@orthodoxdelmarva.org.

Please be sure to join us for this special weekend as good attendance at these events will reflect positively on the growth of our Mission over the past seven years.
