Important Announcement Regarding Hurricane Sandy
Dear Parishioners and Friends,
Glory to Jesus Christ!
Having checked the latest weather forecast for Hurricane Sandy and having spoken with the police department to inquire about any restrictions, it looks like the storm’s impact will intensify on Sunday evening and therefore should not disrupt our Sunday morning service schedule. Therefore, we will have services at the normal time tomorrow:
Sunday, October 28th
8:40am Hours
9:00am Divine Liturgy; followed by coffee hour
As always, please use your discretion if/when traveling, be sure to make the necessary preparations, and help each other when possible as the storm may be very severe in the coming days.
Should you have any questions, need a place to stay, help evacuating, or require other assistance, please feel free to call the church at 302-537-6055.
In Christ,
Fr. John

Sunday of Orthodoxy - 03/09/25
On March 9, 2025, we celebrated the Sunday of Orthodoxy with a procession of icons to the Archway at our roadside entrance during the Divine Liturgy. There we had a reading of the ancient Synodicon, the affirmation of the Orthodox Faith that our salvation is proclaimed in both words and images, and the faithful recited the Nicene Creed. We congratulate all who celebrate on this day!
