Cross Dive + Pool Opening

Each year the faithful of Christ the Savior prayerfully ask the Lord God Almighty to bless the parish pool and the fellowship it provides, throwing in the life-giving Cross of Christ to sanctify the water. The precious Cross is then retrieved by the children of the parish, remembering the words of the Lord, "Anyone who does not take up his cross and follow Me is not worthy of Me." We invite you all to come enjoy the pool and fellowship, and much more so to take up your cross and participate in the Life of Christ! The Cross Dive and Pool Opening are scheduled for Sunday, May 22, 2022. Everyone is welcome!

Archpastoral Visit of Metropolitan Tikhon for Patronal Feast - 08/07/26

His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon will make an archpastoral visit to Christ the Savior on August 15-16, 2026, for our Patronal Feast. On Saturday, the Feast of the Dormition, Divine Liturgy with the blessing of flowers will be celebrated at 9:00am, followed by a Festive Lamb Roast with His Beatitude at 3:30pm and Great Vespers at 6:00pm. On Sunday, everyone is asked to gather by 8:30am to welcome Metropolitan Tikhon, followed by the Hierarchical Divine Liturgy at 9:00am. After Liturgy, we will process to the archway for our parish photo and conclude with a festive luncheon. Everyone is warmly invited to join us for this special weekend!
