On Thursday, May 21, His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon blessed and approved our plan to gradually reopen Christ the Savior starting with the weekend of May 23-24. On Friday, May 1, 2020, meeting under the Presidency of His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon, the Holy Synod of the Orthodox Church issued the following Pastoral Letter, and Synodal Directives related to COVID-19. Each Diocesan Bishop will be releasing diocesan specific guidelines shortly.
